Bretman Rock is deep in bird dad mode, growing his own bean sprouts at home and clicker-training his parrots, Fanny, Lola, and Freddy, on step-ups with millet. In between, he stops at Island Vintage for a poke bowl he says he gets at least once a week, eats it in the car because he can't wait, and gives a full breakdown of why the seaweed salad, seared tuna, rice, and ginger ratio is basically perfect. He also swings by a motion-capture session at a fitness studio, wearing a white tee and jeans with a leaf garland on his shoulders, and ends the day annoyed at a delivery driver for leaving his wet packages out in the yard.
