IGLiveStream claims no ownership of any archived video. If you hold rights in something on this site and want it gone, tell us and it will be removed, quickly, and without requiring you to argue the point.
Our position on ownership
Every live broadcast, story, thumbnail, name and likeness on this site belongs to its original creator or rights holder. IGLiveStream asserts no ownership, no licence beyond what is necessary to index and link, and no editorial authorship over archived material.
The site's own contributions, page structure, written descriptions, statistics and organisation, are ours. The archived content is not.
How to request removal
Email [email protected] with enough detail for us to find the material. A complete request includes:
- The URL or URLs on this site you want removed.
- A description of the work and your rights in it, or, if you are the person appearing in it, a statement to that effect.
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to act within 72 hours. In practice most requests are handled the same day.
You do not need to be a lawyer, and you do not need to send a formal notice. A plain email identifying the content and who you are is enough for us to remove it.
Counter-notice
If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact information, identifying the material and stating under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
Accounts and sources that generate repeated valid removal requests are removed from the archive entirely and excluded from future collection.
Where the videos actually live
Playback is provided by an embedded YouTube player. If you want a video removed from YouTube as well as from this index, a report through YouTube's own copyright process reaches the copy directly; removing it there also removes playback here.
Contacting us removes the page and the index entry regardless.
