These terms cover your use of IGLiveStream. The short version: the site is a free archive and index of publicly broadcast material, it claims no ownership of any video it lists, and anything can be removed on request.
What IGLiveStream is
IGLiveStream is an archive and index of Instagram Live broadcasts and Instagram Stories that were published publicly by public figures. It exists because Instagram deletes live broadcasts when they end and removes stories after 24 hours.
The site is provided free of charge, on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee of availability, completeness or accuracy. Coverage is partial by nature: a broadcast can only be archived if it was recorded while it was happening.
We claim no ownership of archived content
IGLiveStream does not claim ownership of, or any rights in, any live broadcast, story, image, thumbnail, name, likeness or trademark appearing on this site. All such rights remain with their respective owners, the individual creators, rights holders and their licensees.
Archived material is presented for the purposes of reference, commentary, reporting and archival preservation. Where a video is playable on this site, playback is delivered by an embedded third-party player and is subject to that platform's own terms.
Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of authorship, endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

IGLiveStream is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, Google LLC, or any archived account holder.
"Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC. They are used here only to identify the platforms the content originated from and is played back through, which is nominative use.
What we archive, and what we do not
Only public accounts are archived. Content from private accounts is never collected.
Only public figures are tracked, musicians, actors, athletes, creators and comparable public accounts. Private individuals are not tracked.
Only content broadcast publicly is archived. Close-friends stories, direct messages and any other restricted-audience content are out of scope.
Acceptable use
You may browse and link to the site freely. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to circumvent access controls, redistribute the archive as a whole, or use it to harass any individual.
You are responsible for your own use of anything you find here, including any onward use of material whose rights belong to someone else.
Removal requests
If you are an archived account holder, a rights holder, or an authorised representative of either, you can have content removed. Requests are honoured, there is no appeal process to navigate and no requirement to prove harm.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGLiveStream is provided without warranties of any kind, and its operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on anything it contains.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
