Jen Selter packed a lot into July 2026, from street cats in Istanbul to Nashville's Broadway strip at night. She hit a spa with an ice bath, played with kittens in Çamlıca Park, ate her last meal on the Bosphorus waterfront, and then somehow ended up back in Europe on a boat with friends and an Italian flag. Back home, she's bouncing on a trampoline during a soccer match, working out in pajamas, doing pull-ups in a floor-to-ceiling window gym, and getting real about her HRV readings, PMDD, and PCOS. There's a melted chocolate chip confession, a random bloody nose right as her car was waiting, a new cat disrupting every workout attempt, and a late-night sauna session that left her desperately needing a cold shower. The Istanbul cat park alone is worth the watch.
