Kayla Itsines nearly choked on toothpaste in the shower this morning and she is not letting it go. She put way too much on her brush, inhaled it, and spent several terrifying minutes alone, naked, convulsing and trying to cough it back up while everyone else was at the cafe. The whole story gets better at the end when her videographer George showed up right after and asked if she wanted to do a voiceover together.
