Salt Bae spent the summer between Mykonos, New York, and Istanbul, and his stories bounced between grill smoke and seaside runs. The gold-leaf steaks are here, obviously. So is the Nusr-Et New York smoke show, the Saltbae Burger Mykonos kitchen in full swing, and a terrace at the Captain's restaurant with cruise ships parked right outside. He's doing pull-ups on wooden beams, running coastal roads in a black hoodie through strong winds, logging 16 km runs at dawn, and somehow still making it back in time to torch wagyu tableside. The Istanbul and Dubai Mall opening announcement sneaks in on Aug 4. There's a big fan group selfie, a gold-wrapped meat reveal at an outdoor dinner table, and seafood plating with serious swagger. It ends where it should: the salt sprinkle, in sunglasses, for a table of very happy diners.
