Amanda Cerny turned a room she originally designed as a 'boom boom cave' for Falco into a full red light therapy bedroom, complete with LED panels and a mat she swears by. Since the babies are too young for the original vision anyway, she figured she'd put the glowing setup to good use herself. The rest of the stories jump around her house and studio: she's on the nursery mat playing with the babies and narrating 'happy baby' yoga moves, then outside on a sunny terrace while the wind whips through baby Ayla's hair. Back in the studio, she pulls a freshly fired glazed ceramic piece from the kiln at 2,232 degrees and genuinely loves how glossy it turned out. Her dalmatian makes two appearances, once near the drum kit and once just hanging around. She also tests a pink ceramic plate under a heat lamp, invents something she calls 'cone sex' as a gym move, and ends with her Harley-branded mug completely stuck to a studio light and zero plans to fix it.
