Bretman Rock got a new pink parrot named Poohaku (Po for short), and these clips are basically a full first-day diary with the bird. He introduces Po's cage setup in pajamas, explains the name (Poohaku is Hawaiian for rock, 'Bretman Rock, duh'), drops the fact that Po is a Pisces born March 8th, and makes it very clear he is not following the advice to leave a new bird alone for a few days. There's also a latte with a perfect heart in the foam that Bretman is very proud of, a quick microgreens growth update (four jars now, five days behind on workouts), a rainy afternoon moment outside with his dogs Hati and Ellen under ivy and magenta flowers, and a whole feeding scene where he figures out Po's beak is stained orange because the bird is apparently obsessed with pumpkin.
