Bretman Rock is bouncing between Hawaii and LA all summer, and he is not thrilled about it but is rolling with it. He noticed a wild tan line sitting right at his hairline from all the sun, calling it a 'tan helmet' while laughing at himself on the patio with zero makeup on. Inside, he is also putting his parrot Freddy through step-up and step-down drills in a neon-lit bedroom, which Freddy is only half cooperating with.
