Bretman Rock kicks off the morning with an outdoor run at a scenic mountain spot, neon shoes on, workout note in hand, hyped to get off the treadmill for once. He finishes sweaty at the beach, annoyed his butt accidentally paused the tracker and wiped out a mile and a half of data. Back home, he's packing for a last-minute China trip he forgot to mention, standing in front of his clothing rack under purple neon lights with zero idea what to wear. He also takes a serious moment on the patio to ask everyone to keep Hawaii in their thoughts, since the islands are bracing for another incoming storm and he's busy securing things around the house.
