Jen Selter went full recovery mode at a wellness center in Boca Raton, working through a whole stack of treatments in one session. She did EBO2 therapy, an IV drip, compression boots, and finished up in an infrared sauna pod lit up with neon colors. It's basically a tour of every recovery tool in the building.
