Bretman Rock's yard turned into a full peacock rescue operation, and somehow it also involved tree cutters, acupuncture, and a humbling fitness test all in the same day. It started with abandoned baby peachicks in his hands waiting for their mom to come back, then escalated to Bretman spending a literal hour waving peacocks around his garden and making peacock noises alongside his neighbors while tree cutters joined in from next door. The mom still didn't show. He had to bail for an acupuncture appointment he was already late to, which he says fixed a mystery pain on his lower left side. On the drive back he did a strength and biological age test that athletes use, and the results were, his words, embarrassing enough that he's never telling anyone the number. He clocked the two-month countdown to his birthday and declared eight weeks to get hot.
