He adopted Poohaku, a Pisces parrot named after the Hawaiian word for rock, and introduced him clip by clip as they went from strangers to hand-feeding pumpkin together. The peacocks Lilo and Lua are now too big to fit in his hand. He trained Freddie, Lola, and Fanny on step-ups. He grew bean sprouts and microgreens for the birds, ranked Naturium body washes on camera, reacted to a barista who said 'of course' when he called her pretty, and hit his eye with an avocado branch. The shift era, the bird era, the garden era coming next. He called it before it happened.
