Future (Nayvadius Wilburn) put Atlanta back on the map for a different kind of rap, the kind that sounds like it's coming from inside a codeine haze. He built his name on projects like *Dirty Sprite 2*, *HNDRXX*, and a string of self-titled tapes that basically invented a lane for melodic, auto-tuned trap. Collaborated with everyone from Drake on the career-defining *What a Time to Be Alive* to Metro Boomin, who's been his most consistent production partner. He's not known for being chatty or overly polished, the mystique is kind of the whole thing.
