Bretman Rock's indoor chicken has one rule

Bretman woke up feeling human again after a rough stomach day, crediting two gallons of water, electrolytes, and his cousin dropping off arroz caldo for saving him. His last bad episode was at 2 a.m., and by 6 a.m. he was up and mostly fine, just drained. Then he checked in on Po, his indoor chicken who lives in a glass enclosure and operates on a strict 'ignore me and I'm cool' policy. Out in the garden, Bretman spotted a banana tree that had fallen in a storm but was somehow still attached and still producing fruit, the fattest bananas he's gotten from it since planting it two years ago. He wrapped up by comparing eggs: a tiny Serama egg next to his thumb, a regular Serama, a Polish chicken egg, and a Wyandotte egg, all lined up in the grass.
